Beschreibung

• Lead the strategic direction and execution of Trading, Operations, and Billing functions • Evolve the operating model to align with Mercer Advisors’ integrated family office approach • Partner with CIO, Investment Committee, and Technology leadership to enhance the investment platform • Establish continuous improvement practices and lead process redesign initiatives • Improve operational KPIs and dashboards covering performance, risk, throughput, service quality, and experience indicators • Ensure operational processes and trading activities meet fiduciary and regulatory obligations • Strengthen governance, controls, and audit readiness across investment operations, account operations, trading, and billing • Oversee best execution practices, trading strategy implementation, portfolio implementation, rebalancing, and trading workflows • Evaluate and enhance trading technologies, automation, and vendor partnerships • Lead operations, portfolio accounting, reconciliation, performance reporting, and client billing • Drive modernization of billing processes, controls, transparency, collection accuracy, and timeliness • Build, mentor, and develop leaders across Trading, Operations, and Billing • Establish career paths, succession plans, and leadership development programs • Partner with advisory, client service, Portfolio Consulting, Technology, Portfolio Management, Compliance, Partner Success, Enablement, and Finance teams • Serve as senior escalation point for complex operational or client-impacting issues • Represent Investment Platform Operations in firm-wide initiatives, integrations, and strategic projects

🎯 Anforderungen

• 10+ years of progressive experience in operations, trading, or wealth/investment management platforms • Demonstrated leadership experience managing large, multi-functional teams • Deep understanding of operations, trading systems, and billing processes within an RIA or institutional platform • Strong knowledge of fiduciary standards, compliance, and operational risk frameworks • Proven track record driving process transformation, automation, and operational scale • Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills • Six Sigma green or yellow belt certifications, Kaizen, or other process improvement methodologies preferred • Series 65 preferred, or ability to obtain • CFA, CAIA, or MBA preferred • Availability Monday through Friday, 8AM to 5PM, with occasional early or late hours • Ability to work in a professional office environment or dedicated home office workspace • Must comply with federal employment eligibility verification requirements
