Beschreibung

• Own and continuously maintain the prioritized list of customer problems across search, browse, category, and product detail • Turn the product data foundation into customer value through attribute-driven search and browse, dynamic product detail and category pages, and crawlable filtered navigation • Develop the roadmap and initiative scope for the team against objectives and key results • Shape solutions with engineering and design, balancing business value, user experience, feasibility, and cost • Maintain product briefs covering assumptions, growth lever, customer problem, success criteria, and instrumentation plan • Specify instrumentation plans, events, KPIs, and tracking for shipped work • Run a high-velocity test program and analyze experiment results • Connect experience changes to metrics and margin logic • Monitor e-commerce, retail, discovery, and AI assistant trends and integrate customer feedback, research, and competitive analysis into requirements • Partner across product data, customization and rendering, checkout, merchandising, category management, brand, and marketing • Run project kickoffs and read-outs, communicating requirements, scope, and timelines • Prioritize and revise the backlog through delivery, manage scope changes, prepare affected teams for launch, and complete user acceptance testing • Report results against objectives and KPIs and reshape the roadmap based on insights

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree • 5+ years of product management experience building and shipping successful consumer e-commerce or direct-to-consumer products and features • 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce, retail, marketplaces, or merchandising • Direct experience owning discovery surfaces: search, browse, navigation, category, or product detail pages • Experience running an experimentation program, including designing tests, reading results correctly, and diagnosing measurement and data quality problems • Superb analytical skills and fluency with the tools used to investigate customer behavior • Demonstrated understanding of technology and architecture, and effective partnership with engineering to identify technical solutions based on tradeoffs across user experience, technical debt, latency, scalability, reliability, and time to market • Working fluency with AI tools in your daily product practice • Project management skills: ability to plan, set expectations, make and meet commitments, and provide structure and process to cross-functional teams • Intense commitment to quality of the product and customer experience
