Beschreibung

• Support managers and employees at MissionWired and BWF Zuri in all people-related matters • Deliver all aspects of the employee experience to teams across the organization • Support leadership in attracting and retaining top talent through people development and employee engagement • Proactively support managers and employees in making people-centric decisions while maintaining organizational consistency • Work with the manager and broader People team on performance management, talent development, learning and development, and employee engagement programs • Support the Senior HRBP in coaching managers on team development, employee relations issues, and applying company practices and policies • Help develop career path frameworks • Support employee lifecycle changes from onboarding through exits • Support diversity and inclusion, manager enablement, and organizational design initiatives • Pull data regularly and update standard People and DEIB reports • Assist with creating and maintaining records and performance management software • Report to the Senior HRBP

🎯 Anforderungen

• A proven record of effectively supporting managers as they navigate complex people situations • A high bar for all things talent-related, and willingness to stay the course when challenges arise • Experience working with people at all levels across the organization • Ability to proactively work with partners to provide support when needed • Adaptable and flexible to evolving priorities and changing situations • Affinity to data reporting and data-informed decision-making • Experience as an inclusive operator contributing to a sense of belonging and accountability • Ability to transition fluidly between strategic and tactical work • Effective communication and ability to collaborate and influence at different organizational levels • Comfortable making trend-based decisions on a case-by-case basis • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 5–7 years of experience, including 5 years in Human Resources focused on People Operations and/or culture & engagement • Knowledge of HR policy and regulations • Other relevant training or certifications welcome • Ability to work in the DC office 1–2 days per week preferred • Experience working with employees in multiple states preferred • Experience in a professional services environment, such as an agency or consultancy, with 200+ employees preferred • Applicants must reside in AZ, CO, CT, DC, DE, FL, GA, IL, IN, KY, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, NC, NJ, OR, PA, SC, TX, VA, or WI • Due to FL legislation, MissionWired is required to participate in e-verify • Supporting the team on some nights and weekends during high-volume times, such as elections, may be required
