Beschreibung

• Follow established procedures for receiving and processing equipment facility orders and field returns • Source equipment internally and through third-party rental and service suppliers • Generate purchase orders for equipment purchases and rentals • Reconcile and process contracts, invoices, work orders, and fleet invoicing • Support electronic and physical inventory management on project sites and within equipment facilities • Update Task Codes and Off-Rent dates based on project-team input • Prepare, review, quality-control, and distribute scheduled and on-demand inventory reports • Interpret on-rent and forecast reports • Schedule and lead Pre-Mob meetings for project startup needs • Lead monthly equipment review meetings with project and accounting teams • Support LEAN / 5S initiatives • Collaborate with equipment-facility craft teams to execute equipment plans • Facilitate forecast review meetings with project teams and trade partners • Provide equipment solutions and issue resolution, including equipment type and maintenance recommendations • Facilitate vehicle ordering for team members and projects • Handle Department of Transportation registration and respond to DOT and driver inquiries • Participate in equipment-facility safety programs, environmental surveys, and Mortenson’s Zero Injury policy • Dispatch and schedule equipment deliveries, including logistics planning • Build relationships across diverse backgrounds and organizational levels

🎯 Anforderungen

• Associate’s degree and 1+ years of rental equipment, construction, and/or related professional experience, or 2+ years of relevant experience • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook • Superior attention to detail and accuracy • Positive and professional attitude with strong customer service skills • Ability to assess and prioritize multiple customer needs • Working knowledge of purchasing/rental processes and procedures • Strong organization and planning skills • Ability to influence • Active listening skills and effective communication; openness to diverse input and feedback • Ability to travel 100% • Must be currently legally authorized to work in the U.S. without employment-visa sponsorship • Bachelor’s degree preferred • Experience with billing software preferred
