Beschreibung

• Partner with Account Executives and Solutions Engineers to shape deal strategy, drive discovery conversations, and deliver tailored demos for maintenance-focused evaluations • Tie maintenance workflows to measurable outcomes and advise technicians and executives • Lead proof-of-concepts and trials that address complex maintenance challenges • Own the technical and domain narrative for the Maintenance Platform • Establish product authority and shape conversations around the future roadmap • Translate customer pain points, gaps, and emerging use cases into Product roadmap input • Build trial strategy, demo narratives, objection handling, and repeatable sales plays • Enable the broader field organization to position and sell the platform • Help prioritize the roadmap and establish go-to-market motions for new product lines • Collaborate with Sales, Product, Trial Success, and Product Marketing • Report directly to Solutions Engineering leadership

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years of experience in solutions engineering, pre-sales, solution consulting, or a customer-facing maintenance technology role • Ideally experience at a maintenance, CMMS, EAM, or field service software company • Deep expertise in maintenance operations and asset management, including preventive maintenance, work orders, inspections, uptime, and technician productivity • Demonstrated success supporting complex, multi-stakeholder B2B SaaS sales cycles • Deep knowledge of value-based selling frameworks and methodologies • Ability to influence technicians and executives • Hands-on experience designing trials, POCs, and evaluation strategies • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Comfort operating across Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success • Background in asset-intensive industries such as manufacturing, transportation, field services, energy, or construction is a plus • Willingness to travel for strategic opportunities and planning • Applicant must be authorized to receive and access commodities and technologies controlled under U.S. Export Administration Regulations • Employees must be authorized to receive access to Motive products and technology
