Beschreibung

• Own the full pre-sales technical experience for Enterprise Partners, Channel, MSPs, and customers • Deliver product demonstrations, architecture design, and key customer engagements to drive deal success • Represent NinjaOne at enterprise-facing industry events, conferences, and customer forums • Support technical content review and alignment within RFPs and RFIs • Partner with Training and Customer Success to accelerate time-to-value and long-term adoption • Surface product feedback, identify feature gaps, and influence roadmap direction • Build reusable technical assets, including lab environments, demo flows, battlecards, and scripts • Collaborate with Account Executives and Sales Leadership to align technical value with business goals • Help shape the Enterprise SE function through playbooks, processes, and cross-functional alignment • Travel approximately 50% for strategic customer meetings, industry events, and team collaboration

🎯 Anforderungen

• Must be located in the USA and reside in CT, FL, GA, ME, MA, NJ, NC, NY, OH, TN, or VA • Approximately 50% travel required • 5+ years of experience in pre-sales engineering, solutions architecture, or technical consulting supporting enterprise B2B SaaS customers • Deep knowledge of enterprise IT operations, RMM, endpoint management, and ITSM-adjacent platforms • Technical background such as TAM, support, or systems engineering, with practical IT operations experience at scale • Proficiency in Windows environments, including registry, services, and performance troubleshooting • Familiarity with Linux/macOS systems and basic command-line troubleshooting • Strong understanding of networking concepts, including DNS, VPNs, firewalls, and endpoint protections • Hands-on experience with ITSM platforms and endpoint lifecycle management • Experience with Salesforce, Jira, Highspot, or equivalent systems required • Ability to navigate complex IT ecosystems and integrate with existing infrastructure • Strong communication skills and executive presence across technical and business audiences • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required • Scripting experience in PowerShell, JavaScript, and/or VBScript strongly preferred • Technical certifications such as CISSP, Security+, or cloud architecture are a plus • Position is not eligible for visa sponsorship
