Beschreibung

• Develop software solutions by studying information needs, conferring with users, studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes; investigate problem areas; and follow the software development lifecycle • Direct system installation and upgrades • Determine system specifications and requirements • Improve system performance through systems analysis and recommended policy and procedure changes • Collect, analyze, and summarize development and service issues • Collaborate with a Joint Development Team (JDT) to align work with the CLIENT’s IT roadmap and stakeholder requirements • Securely, efficiently, and seamlessly deploy, integrate, and operate the CLIENT’s AI solutions across enterprise cloud and technology platforms

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field • DHS or FEMA clearance • 5–10 years of experience in software development, scripting, and project management • Experience with Scrum/Agile development methodologies • In-depth knowledge of relational databases • Hands-on experience developing applications using multiple frameworks • Proficiency in software engineering tools and software architecture • Proficiency in full-stack development approaches and programming languages such as PERN, including PostgreSQL, Express.js, React, and Node.js • Experience with infrastructure coding tools such as Terraform • Expertise managing CI/CD pipelines and git-based code management • Experience integrating observability tools into software engineering efforts • Preferred: experience with AI/ML platforms and services across Microsoft Azure, AWS, and GCP • Preferred: experience with AI capabilities in SaaS platforms such as ServiceNow Now Assist and CRM software such as Einstein AI
