Beschreibung

• Own sales performance, targets, forecasting and pipeline across Hometouch • Lead, coach and develop the sales team • Improve conversion, call quality and follow-up • Identify and fix opportunities across the customer journey from enquiry to placement • Work with Partnerships to grow referral channels across healthcare, legal, financial and professional networks • Own HubSpot reporting and CRM discipline • Use data to identify opportunities and drive measurable improvements • Bring greater structure, consistency and commercial focus to the function • Report into SMT with clear, numbers-led performance updates

🎯 Anforderungen

• Strong sales, commercial or business development experience, ideally within private-pay care, live-in care, domiciliary care or private healthcare • Proven track record of hitting targets and improving commercial performance • Experience managing or coaching sales teams • Strong consultative selling skills and ability to build trust in a high-stakes customer environment • Experience with CRM, pipeline management and data-led decision making • Evidence of progression and readiness to take on broader commercial responsibility • Comfortable challenging existing processes and improving them • Role may require an enhanced DBS check
