• Lead warm, engaging 10–15 minute introductory calls with readers • Identify promising stories and recommend the best content format and level of involvement • Capture future story ideas and invite introductions to other readers • Ask readers to recommend local businesses for potential magazine features • End calls with clear next steps, shared expectations, and follow-up commitments • Provide the content production team with handoff notes containing story ideas, reader preferences, key details, and next steps • Maintain reader and opportunity records in monday.com • Review AI-generated notes and recommendations for accuracy before approval • Report to the Director of Content Operations • Connect with readers, build trust, and help bring community stories to life
