Beschreibung

• Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and long-term cash flow forecasts to ensure operational liquidity for customer deposits • Formulate investment portfolio laddering strategies to ensure fund availability while optimizing interest rate capture • Utilize and deploy quantitative models to predict deposit trends and manage potential liquidity stress scenarios • Manage access to and use of critical payment systems, including high-volume domestic wire and SWIFT rails • Identify, measure, and manage liquidity risk and interest rate risk • Execute short-term investment strategies for surplus cash while maintaining a highly liquid, low-risk portfolio aligned with regulatory guidelines • Prepare daily, monthly, and quarterly reports on cash positions, liquidity management, investment performance, and risk exposure for the CFO and Risk and Audit Committee • Work with compliance to ensure treasury operations adhere to regulatory standards • Assist in managing relationships with banking partners, correspondent banks, and custodians • Prepare due diligence reports on current and potential banking partners; evaluate operational structures and risks and opportunities • Develop, implement, and enforce treasury policies, procedures, and internal controls • Improve cash and bank reconciliation processes through automation • Evaluate, select, and integrate financial technologies to automate processes, improve visibility, and enhance control and scalability • Report directly to the Head of Treasury

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field • Minimum of 6+ years of progressive experience in corporate treasury, banking or financial risk management • Experience working within a regulated financial institution (e.g., bank, trust company, broker-dealer) • Exceptional financial modeling and forecasting skills • Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and rapidly changing environment • Commitment to accuracy and integrity • CFA and/or Certified Treasury Professional preferred • Experience with regulatory reporting for financial institutions preferred • Familiarity with data analytics tools and programming, including Python and/or R • Academic and/or professional background in statistical and/or quantitative modelling • Ability to navigate databases, build data pipelines and liaise with engineering teams • Experience in a startup or high-growth environment preferred
