Beschreibung

• Provide face-to-face and virtual engagements supporting provider questions about coverage requirements • Educate provider staff on coverage expectations, coding and billing requirements, prior authorization processes, and financial assistance resources • Deliver access, coverage, coding, reimbursement, and affordability education and services for IBRX products • Serve as the reimbursement expert for the defined geography • Proactively communicate reimbursement changes to key stakeholders • Anticipate and respond to reimbursement challenges in the assigned geography • Educate healthcare professionals on IBRX HUB Support Services • Attend and proactively plan strategic interactions at key industry conferences • Work cross-functionally with Sales Representatives, Regional Sales Directors, Marketing, Medical, and HUB Services • Achieve targets and objectives set by senior leadership • Track and analyze HUB portal data for the specific geography • Assist with training and ongoing education of cross-functional partners • Interact with customers according to IBRX compliance policies and procedures • Perform ad-hoc and cross-functional duties and projects as assigned • Work remotely with up to 50% travel • Drive a personal vehicle on behalf of the Company

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s Degree required • 12+ years of US pharmaceutical industry or other healthcare-focused reimbursement experience required • 5+ years of experience working with customers in a market access capacity required • Oncology or Urology specialty product buy and bill reimbursement experience preferred • Demonstrated experience and ability to effectively collaborate with cross functional business partners required • Must possess and maintain a current valid driver's license • Comprehensive understanding of Medicare Parts A, B, C, and D • Knowledge of commercial insurance reimbursement • Familiarity with HCPCS Level I/II and ICD-10 billing codes • Demonstrated planning and communication skills • Ability to present complex information to multiple stakeholders • Clinical, technical, and scientific knowledge and aptitude in complex disease states • Excellent verbal and written skills • Ability to anticipate issues and respond quickly, flexibly, and creatively • Excellent planning, organization, and time management skills • Ability to manage multiple projects and identify and resolve issues • Must successfully complete a motor vehicle record check upon hire and annually thereafter • Must maintain automobile liability insurance meeting company requirements: currently $250,000/$500,000 bodily injury liability and $100,000 property damage liability • Must provide proof of required insurance coverage upon hire and annually thereafter
