Beschreibung

• Act as the senior client-facing point of accountability for assigned engagements • Lead engagement planning, mobilisation, and delivery oversight across data, AI, and digital transformation projects • Maintain RAID logs, change control, status reporting, and financial tracking • Provide early-warning escalations to senior leadership • Forecast revenue, monitor margin, manage scope variations, and collaborate on renewals and extensions • Drive stakeholder management plans and communicate programme status, risks, and decisions • Manage and influence internal delivery squads, third-party vendors, and client-side resources • Ensure smooth sales-to-delivery handover with Solutions Architects and Account Managers • Identify delivery improvements, share lessons learned, and evolve engagement management standards and tooling • Support proposals, Statements of Work, and client presentations • Ensure timely and accurate revenue recognition with finance • Act as a cultural ambassador externally and internally

🎯 Anforderungen

• Minimum of 5 years in a client-facing professional services delivery role within an MSP or digital consultancy environment • Proven track record managing multiple concurrent, complex programmes across data and/or AI domains • Demonstrable experience delivering AI or ML-enabled products and services to enterprise clients • Strong proficiency with Agile tooling: Jira, Azure DevOps, GitHub/GitLab • Exceptional stakeholder management and negotiation skills, including C-suite engagement and influence • Strong commercial acumen across budgeting, forecasting, margin management, and change control • Ability to build deep, trust-based client relationships as a proactive and accountable delivery partner • Ability to communicate complex delivery topics clearly to technical and non-technical audiences, including executive reporting • Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-changing environments and maintain effectiveness under pressure
