Das Unternehmen agiert an der Schnittstelle von Jugendsport und College-Zulassungen und erleichtert die Vermittlung zwischen Athleten und Hochschulprogrammen.

Beschreibung

• Provide detailed video demonstrations of NCSA’s online tools and benefits for families during evening hours and on weekends (Mon-Thurs 5pm-11pm; Saturday 9am-5pm; Sunday 12pm-9pm) • Match the needs of the student-athlete with the appropriate NCSA membership • Serve as the key point of contact during the sales cycle • Participate in sales team meetings via video • Leverage technology such as CRM and other applicable software • Meet and/or exceed monthly sales goals that impact your uncapped earnings potential

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years of professional experience in sales or coaching • Former collegiate athletic or coaching experience • A passion for sports and for providing world class customer service • Strong general computer skills, including efficiency with common productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, etc) and the ability to adapt to new technologies quickly. • Understanding of CRM software (i.e., Salesforce) • In-depth knowledge of the athletic recruiting process • Bachelor's degree
