Beschreibung

• Provide programme management leadership, structure and discipline for complex, high-profile programmes • Support delivery of major live events with immovable deadlines • Work across functional teams and Initiative Owners • Create and maintain the integrated programme picture • Ensure priorities, milestones, dependencies, decisions, risks and commitments are visible, understood and actively managed • Establish an effective programme operating rhythm, governance structure and appropriate controls • Challenge incomplete thinking, assumptions and plans while protecting delegated ownership and accountability • Facilitate cross-functional discussions and help teams navigate competing priorities and complex delivery challenges • Maintain RAID, change control, readiness and decision-management processes • Partner closely with the Managing Director, Major Events & Strategic Delivery • Challenge priorities, focus and delegation when doing so improves programme outcomes • Provide hands-on programme leadership, drive action, frame decisions and ask difficult questions

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years of programme management experience (60+ months) • Advanced experience managing multiple interconnected projects as part of a coordinated programme • Demonstrated success leading large, complex, multi-functional programmes with significant executive visibility • Strong expertise in integrated planning, critical path management, RAID, dependency management, governance, change control and readiness management • Experience with demanding or immovable delivery dates • Experience within live events, broadcast, sports, entertainment, technology or similarly complex environments highly desirable • Excellent executive communication skills • Ability to facilitate challenging conversations and hold senior stakeholders and peers accountable without direct authority • Strong judgement regarding functional resolution, Managing Director involvement and executive escalation • Ability to create structure in a fast-moving environment without unnecessary process or bureaucracy • Exceptional follow-through and attention to materially important details • Collaborative, pragmatic and calm approach under pressure • Ability to hold a position while remaining open to better evidence or solutions • Ability to travel, including internationally • PMP certification strongly preferred
