Beschreibung

• Serve as the primary responder for customer-impacting production issues • Triage incidents and use AI-assisted diagnostic tools for root-cause analysis • Trace issues across the Flutter desktop clinic app, API layer, backend, and legacy integrations • Build, configure, and maintain monitoring and alerting using tools such as Datadog, Sentry, and GCP-native tooling • Write scripts and lightweight tools to automate detection and recurring diagnostic work • Own ticket taxonomy by labeling and categorizing incoming issues • Build and maintain reporting on ticket volume, resolution time, and recurring categories • Build and maintain runbooks for common issues • Establish and enforce SLAs with the Hospital Success team • Identify recurring failure patterns and drive permanent upstream fixes with engineering • Communicate technical issues clearly to non-technical clinic staff and internal stakeholders • Work daily with Hospital Success to keep veterinary clinics running smoothly

🎯 Anforderungen

• Production incident triage/troubleshooting experience in a SaaS environment • Technical fluency across a modern stack, including backend logs, API errors, and client applications • Experience using AI tools for technical diagnosis and troubleshooting • Experience building or configuring monitoring/observability tooling and dashboards from scratch • Python scripting ability for internal tooling, automation, and reporting • Strong customer-facing communication skills • High-agency ownership of ambiguous, unowned problems • Availability for on-call/escalation coverage within US business hours • GCP or observability tooling familiarity (Datadog, Sentry) — nice to have • Healthcare or regulated-industry exposure — nice to have • Prior on-call rotation experience — nice to have • Experience setting up ticket-tagging or reporting systems such as Zendesk or Linear — nice to have
