Beschreibung

• Build technology for setting up, promoting, and launching Netflix content on the service and social channels • Build products and services that manage a global entertainment catalog and enable members to discover, choose, and discuss content • Build workflows for tagging content with genres, characters, storylines, and other key dimensions • Design, launch, and promote immersive experiences for global fans • Create editorial content that helps fans connect more deeply with titles • Design and consume GraphQL and/or RESTful APIs for rich client experiences • Build resilient, high-scale, low-latency production services • Build complex user interfaces and contribute to modern frontend architecture • Work cross-functionally with design, product, and engineering partners to build, test, deploy, and launch features end to end • Participate in the on-call rotation and lead incident reviews • Drive technical conversations and decisions through written and verbal communication

🎯 Anforderungen

• Comfortable working across the full software stack • Experience designing and consuming GraphQL and/or RESTful APIs • Recent, hands-on backend experience in Java, C#, or a similar object-oriented language • Solid object-oriented design principles • Experience with microservices, data modeling, and API design • Ability to translate business requirements into technical designs and data models • Understanding of distributed systems concepts including multithreading, parallelism, and software observability • Recent, hands-on experience building complex, high-quality user interfaces with HTML, JavaScript/TypeScript, and CSS • Exposure to React and modern frontend architecture, including component design, state management, and performance optimization • Strong UI/UX judgment • Ability to explain complex technical concepts to cross-functional peers • Ability to work cross-functionally with design, product, and engineering partners • Ability to participate in on-call rotation and lead incident reviews
