Beschreibung

• Manage delivery of software and AI-enabled projects under guidance of senior project managers. • Maintaining project plans, schedules, RAID logs, and delivery documentation. • Track project progress, risks, and dependencies and escalate as needed. • Prepare and contribute to customer and internal status communications. • Coordinate meetings, action items, and follow-ups across cross-functional teams. • Support adherence to delivery processes, PMO standards, and best practices. • Adapt to changing project priorities while maintaining attention to detail.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Up to 4 years of experience supporting customer-facing software or SaaS projects. • Foundational understanding of AI, Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies. • Experience working in AI, technical, or SaaS environments preferred. • Developing problem-solving and risk-awareness skills. • Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail. • Familiarity with project management tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, MS Project, or Salesforce. • PMP, AI, or similar certification a plus
