Beschreibung

• Partner with Product, UX, Operations, Technology, Finance, Commercial, Analytics, and other stakeholders to clarify objectives, customer problems, user needs, operational pain points, outcomes, and market opportunities • Analyze customer feedback, journey data, operational data, service interactions, utilization patterns, market signals, and business processes • Identify growth opportunities, risks, unmet needs, and whitespace for product development • Translate ambiguous business questions into hypotheses, assumptions, risks, decision points, analytical approaches, and measurement options • Conduct opportunity sizing, impact assessment, and value analysis to inform product strategy, roadmap trade-offs, prioritization, and investment discussions • Support financial analysis covering revenue potential, cost drivers, pricing, margins, benefits, and investment trade-offs • Evaluate product performance, demand signals, revenue growth opportunities, and portfolio implications • Translate market, financial, operational, and performance insights into product strategy, roadmap, go-to-market, lifecycle, and trade-off recommendations • Monitor customer needs, industry trends, regulatory considerations, technology shifts, competitive dynamics, and product opportunities • Analyze current-state processes, workflows, service interactions, and product or platform capabilities to identify inefficiencies and simplification opportunities • Develop future-state recommendations and lead or contribute to fit-gap analysis and decision framing • Translate insights into requirements, design inputs, decision records, go-to-market inputs, acceptance criteria, functional notes, test scenarios, and backlog-ready inputs • Develop workflows, journey maps, service models, product requirements, dashboards, user stories, acceptance criteria inputs, and insight summaries • Support trade-off discussions, testing, validation, launch readiness, adoption strategies, and feedback loops • Track adoption, utilization, revenue performance, customer feedback, benefit realization, operational performance, and product health after launch • Standardize analytical practices, measurement approaches, discovery artifacts, fit-gap methods, and insight storytelling • Lead complex or cross-product analyses influencing roadmap prioritization, portfolio discussions, lifecycle optimization, and investment trade-offs • Mentor or coach analysts and product partners • Stay current on analytics, AI, platform, product, and industry capabilities • Evaluate AI-generated insights, recommendations, summaries, and design concepts for accuracy, relevance, bias, privacy, and appropriate use • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree in analytics, business, economics, information systems, technology, healthcare administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience • 5+ years of experience in product analysis, product analytics, business analysis, functional analysis, decision support, or a related role • Experience working in or alongside a product-oriented organization • Experience supporting product strategy, product development, market analysis, financial analysis, business case development, revenue growth, go-to-market planning, or product performance measurement • Experience contributing to product requirements, discovery sessions, journey or process flows, acceptance criteria inputs, testing, adoption measurement, or product performance insights • Knowledge of product analytics, performance measurement, outcome-based measurement, benefit realization, and product-level metrics • Knowledge of market analysis, competitive assessment, product positioning, product economics, revenue growth, business case development, investment trade-off evaluation, and prioritization methods • Knowledge of product discovery, customer and stakeholder research synthesis, journey mapping, service or process analysis, problem framing, opportunity assessment, and product development • Knowledge of business process redesign, fit-gap analysis, future-state workflow development, and service model evaluation • Knowledge of Agile and product delivery practices, including product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, backlog refinement, validation, testing, and product reviews • Knowledge of insight storytelling and recommendation development for varied audiences • Knowledge of modern analytics, visualization, collaboration, prototyping, and AI-assisted tools • Ability to synthesize complex, incomplete, or conflicting information into clear recommendations • Ability to connect data, customer insights, market signals, process findings, and product performance to organizational goals and financial outcomes • Ability to communicate analytical findings and product or platform trade-offs clearly • Ability to collaborate, facilitate, influence, and challenge diplomatically across cross-functional stakeholders • Ability to use AI responsibly while validating outputs for quality, accuracy, bias, privacy, and appropriate use
