Beschreibung

• Design and implement technical capabilities supporting the AI Governance Framework across the AI lifecycle • Translate AI policies, standards, and requirements into technical controls and automated governance workflows • Develop tooling to identify, register, classify, and assess AI use cases • Establish governance patterns and reusable components for AI development and deployment pipelines • Automate standards for evidence collection and documentation supporting governance, audit, and assurance • Design technical guardrails and best practices for AI systems, including usage constraints, access patterns, and safeguards • Partner with Privacy, Legal, Cybersecurity, Global Supply Chain, and other governance bodies • Develop enterprise visibility into AI systems and lifecycle, including Shadow AI detection and management • Implement ongoing monitoring and observability of AI systems • Improve AI governance practices, patterns, and tooling across the organization • Report to the Manager, Data & AI Governance & Strategy

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field with 8 years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree with 6 years of relevant experience • Experience designing, building, or integrating AI/ML systems or data-driven applications in an enterprise environment • Experience with data security, privacy, cybersecurity, or related control environments • Experience translating governance, risk, or compliance requirements into technical controls, automated workflows, or monitoring/observability solutions • Hands-on experience implementing technical guardrails or standards for complex systems • Experience working with Privacy, Legal, Cybersecurity, Compliance, or Enterprise Architecture stakeholders • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills • Preferred: experience with enterprise AI Governance Frameworks, reusable governance components, AI/data taxonomies, ongoing monitoring and observability, Shadow AI management, Credo, OneTrust, Databricks, IBM WatsonX or similar platforms, international AI governance, AI safety, model risk management, Responsible AI, regulated industries, AWS, Azure, GCP, MLOps, DevSecOps, and infrastructure-as-code • Secret clearance type specified; clearance is not required for start • U.S. Citizenship is required for positions with a government clearance and certain restricted positions
