Beschreibung

• Support the full permit application cycle for approximately 8 individual summer camp locations • Prepare and submit required NYC DOH forms and documentation • Track submission statuses, inspection schedules, and communication with DOH representatives • Maintain accurate digital records of permit-related documents and correspondence • Communicate updates and requests to Site Directors, Operations, and Leadership • Organize compliance materials for DOH inspections, including medical logs, staff forms, and site documentation • Provide administrative and logistical support during permit review and inspection periods • During the optional summer extension, collaborate with Site Directors and camp staff to maintain compliance • Assist with addressing DOH requirements and Site Director inspections • Communicate with NYC DOH and OATH regarding possible summons results and attendance

🎯 Anforderungen

• Strong organizational and communication skills • High attention to detail • Experience managing deadlines and document-heavy processes • Proficiency with Google Workspace, including Docs, Sheets, and Drive • Proficiency with communication tools such as Slack or Monday.com • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams • Interest in education, operations, or summer camp management is a plus • Ability to work approximately 15–30 hours per week during flexible standard business hours • Required experience managing high-volume permits, compliance requirements, deadlines, or operational logistics, demonstrated through the application form
