Beschreibung

• Manage projects through the complete lifecycle from Initiation to Close • Ensure projects are delivered on time, meet business and technical requirements, and remain within agreed budgets • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all stakeholders • Understand high- and low-level technical architecture, facilitate debate, and drive decisions on appropriate solutions • Ensure company requirements are produced to standard in a timely manner • Develop and present comprehensive technical solutions to customers • Communicate and hold conference calls with internal teams, customers, and partners • Manage complex installations and report or escalate observed problems to operational escalation points • Manage communication of project changes and release notices to customers • Document technical and operational procedures clearly and concisely

🎯 Anforderungen

• BS/MS Engineering or Computer Science (or equivalent experience) • 5+ years of experience in project delivery management • Minimum 5 years of experience in providing field services and/or customer support for hardware & software products • In-depth knowledge of data center environments, servers, and network equipment • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work directly with customers • Supreme leadership skills across broad and diverse functional teams • Excellent communication and presentation/oral skills • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize/multi-task easily with limited supervision • Experience leading global projects • Willingness to work irregular hours as required
