Beschreibung

• Manage and conduct non-coding compliance audits and monitoring activities • Develop audit scopes and tools, evaluate findings, prepare reports, and coordinate corrective actions and follow-up monitoring • Identify compliance trends, control weaknesses, and potential risks and escalate significant concerns to the Chief Compliance Officer • Support the development, review, implementation, and maintenance of compliance policies and procedures • Develop and coordinate compliance and policy education, communications, and related resources • Administer the Healthicity compliance management system, including audit, policy, incident, education, and reporting functions • Manage assigned compliance projects and assist with implementation and tracking of Compliance Work Plan activities • Conduct regulatory research and assist with compliance risk assessments and evaluation of regulatory changes • Develop compliance metrics, reports, and materials for leadership and compliance governance activities • Support compliance investigations and other reviews • Collaborate with operational and corporate departments on compliance initiatives and corrective actions • Perform additional duties supporting the compliance function under the direction of the Chief Compliance Officer

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, health information management, nursing, public health, compliance, legal studies, or related field (or equivalent experience) • Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare compliance, auditing, regulatory, risk management, or related experience • Working knowledge of healthcare compliance requirements and the elements of an effective compliance program • Experience with compliance auditing and monitoring, policy management, corrective actions, or compliance program operations • Experience within a physician practice, medical group, ambulatory, or multi-site healthcare environment preferred • Experience administering compliance management software preferred • Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC), Certified in Healthcare Privacy Compliance (CHPC), or other relevant certification preferred • Compliance auditing and monitoring • Policy management and compliance education • Regulatory research and analysis • Project management and follow-through • Data analysis and reporting • Professional communication and presentation skills • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Ability to work independently and appropriately escalate compliance concerns • Ability to perform computer-based office activities, including remaining seated for periods of time, filing, and lifting/carrying office supplies • Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 20–25 pounds • Fine hand manipulation/keyboard proficiency
