Beschreibung

• Serve as the primary technical resource on assigned enterprise manufacturing accounts from discovery and solution design through deployment, integration, and ongoing technical support • Partner with Solutions Managers and Customer Success Engineers across technical delivery and customer relationship responsibilities • Build trusted relationships with customer technical leads, IT teams, and manufacturing operations stakeholders • Surface technical risks and blockers and engage internal expertise to keep deployments on track • Collaborate with Sales, Data Science, and Product Engineering on customer use cases, data integration requirements, and technical constraints • Design and implement integrations connecting factory data sources to Oden’s cloud endpoints • Oversee integration with ERP, MES, and QMS manufacturing systems • Develop, maintain, and improve connector libraries for manufacturing and enterprise systems • Work with Data Science to design and implement AI/ML customer solutions, configure and customize the Oden platform, and build models and detectors with alerts and recommendations • Plan account implementations, including scope, configurations, timelines, and milestones • Troubleshoot networking, data pipelines, QA, and system configuration issues remotely and on-site; triage issues and deploy fixes • Translate customer-site observations and product gaps into actionable feedback for Product and Engineering • Provide implementation and integration best-practice guidance • Set up product requirements and drive product capability updates with product engineering • Develop and maintain integration, solution design, and implementation documentation

🎯 Anforderungen

• 4+ years of experience in a technical customer-facing role supporting enterprise SaaS deployments or digital transformation projects • Programming experience with Python, Golang or equivalent, SQL, REST APIs, Bash and terminal-based workflows, and AI-powered coding assistants • Strong experience managing, processing, and analyzing large datasets using off-the-shelf analytical tools, including AI tools • Experience with distributed systems, middleware and integration toolsets, Windows and Linux operating systems, enterprise networking and troubleshooting, and deploying and maintaining remote applications • Strong experience debugging integration performance, correctness, and reliability issues • Comfortable with Google Cloud • Ability to work independently on complex integration problems and communicate progress to technical and non-technical stakeholders • Strong written communication skills for technical documentation, customer-facing summaries, and internal knowledge sharing • Strong project management and self-organisation skills; able to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously • Comfortable in ambiguous, fast-moving environments • Willingness to travel to customer sites approximately 25–40% depending on deployment phase • Hold a US drivers license • Based in NYC metro, Atlanta, Chicago, Austin, Boston, or Minneapolis • Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship
