Beschreibung

• Report to the Financial Operations Manager • Locate, audit, and upload executed vendor contracts into Zip • Populate vendor records with contract terms, renewal dates, owners, spend category, and other metadata • Configure Zip's renewal module to track upcoming renewals automatically • Support procurement end to end, including purchase requests, approvals, purchase orders, and vendor onboarding • Handle day-to-day procurement requests and vendor negotiations • Maintain current vendor records, executed contracts, W-9s, and required documentation in Zip • Track contract renewals and proactively contact business units before deadlines • Maintain vendor contract, licensing, and compliance records with IT, GRC, and Legal • Train and support the organization on procurement policies and Zip usage • Optimize Zip workflows to simplify procurement requests • Establish Zip as the source of truth for vendor contracts • Build a proactive renewal cadence and consistent purchasing process • Provide organization-wide training and streamline procurement request workflows

🎯 Anforderungen

• 2 to 4 years of experience in corporate indirect procurement operations, purchasing, or finance operations • Hands-on experience with Zip or a similar procurement/spend management platform, such as Coupa, Airbase, or Procurify; Zip experience strongly preferred • Working knowledge of NetSuite and its connection with procurement and accounts payable • Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, or spend tracking • Comfort working through messy, unstructured data, including contract cleanup and record audits • Ability to train and communicate policy clearly to non-procurement stakeholders • Ability to work independently, manage details, and build strong relationships across the company • Experience at a growing SaaS or technology company preferred • Experience implementing or improving a procurement system or ERP integration preferred • Finance or Accounting background, including accounts payable and expense classification, preferred • Familiarity with SaaS procurement, software licensing, and vendor compliance preferred • United States work authorization required; visa sponsorship question included in application
