Beschreibung

• Design, build, and maintain scalable Python backend services. • Develop new microservices and enhance existing platform functionality. • Own features end-to-end, from technical design through implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance. • Build asynchronous services and real-time communication components. • Work with distributed systems and message brokers. • Collaborate closely with Product, QA, and Engineering throughout the entire development lifecycle. • Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision-making. • Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested production code. • Contribute to code reviews, documentation, and engineering best practices.

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years of commercial Python development experience. • Strong object-oriented programming (OOP) skills. • Proven experience building and maintaining production backend applications. • Experience designing and developing microservices. • Strong understanding of the complete Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). • Experience with asynchronous programming, data streaming, and WebSockets. • Experience with Django or FastAPI. • Experience with RabbitMQ, Kafka, or similar messaging systems. • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes. • Solid Git workflow and version control experience. • Strong software engineering fundamentals and system design skills. • Excellent problem-solving abilities and the ability to quickly learn new technologies. • Experience working in agile, cross-functional product teams. • Good written and spoken English.
