Beschreibung

• Own and maintain the engineering team backlog in a prioritized, ready-to-work state • Prioritize strategic features, customer escalations, technical debt, and bug fixes, making tradeoffs explicit • Identify and escalate technical, organizational, cross-team, and strategic blockers • Run daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives • Translate validated solutions into user stories, acceptance criteria, and sequenced delivery plans with Product Engineers • Partner with Customer Success and Support to triage customer escalations and scope problems • Set delivery expectations and provide regular updates on shipped and at-risk work • Advocate for engineering team clarity, focus, and protection from churn • Drive engineering team throughput

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent experience • 5+ years as a Product Owner, Scrum Master, or Technical Program Manager in an agile B2B SaaS environment • Strong knowledge of agile and Scrum methodologies • Demonstrated ability to prioritize strategic, customer, and technical inputs • Ability to identify and escalate blockers • Technical literacy, including reading API specifications and understanding architecture discussions and engineering tradeoffs • Strong written and verbal communication • Detail-oriented and structured approach to backlog management • Collaborative, low-ego team orientation • SaaS platform and API integration experience required • IT Asset Management, ITSM, or adjacent enterprise IT experience is a strong plus
