Beschreibung

• Work across the full solution lifecycle, from architecture, design and implementation through testing, documentation, and customer handover • Understand customer requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions • Contribute to solution architecture and technical design across the OpenText portfolio • Install, configure, and implement OpenText software components • Deliver projects to agreed timelines and quality standards • Create technical documentation supporting solution delivery and ongoing operations • Communicate technical options, recommendations, and decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders • Support pre-sales and bid activities, including technical solution design, scoping, and effort estimation • Identify opportunities to expand and enhance customer solutions through change requests and ongoing engagement • Build relationships with customers and internal teams, manage expectations, and ensure successful delivery • Work across varied industries and projects, including transformation programmes • Progressively take ownership of technical engagements and lead delivery with increasing autonomy • Travel nationally and occasionally internationally, including customer-site engagements where required

🎯 Anforderungen

• Previous experience working on technical implementation and software configuration projects • Experience delivering enterprise-wide solutions • Experience with implementation and upgrades, systems integration, and system and unit testing approaches and methodologies • Good working knowledge of Windows Server, Solaris, or Linux • SQL knowledge; Oracle or SQL Server preferred • XML-related technologies and frameworks such as SAX, DOM, and STAX • HTTP/HTTPS and related protocols • Web server technologies, TCP/IP, and basic networking protocols • LDAP and/or Active Directory experience • Cloud technologies and practices • Scripting languages • Understanding of the software development lifecycle and industry-standard frameworks • Strong interpersonal and people management skills • Experience contributing to and writing detailed, quality documentation • Participation in pre-sales processes and sales/bid documentation • Ability to build and manage strong internal and external customer relationships • Ability to use own initiative to resolve problems and obtain relevant information • Willingness to travel in the UK and internationally • OpenText Content Server, xECM, or Documentum experience highly desirable but not essential • Eligible to obtain high-level security clearance in the UK
