Beschreibung

• Kick off, set up and train newly signed Customers on Order.co platform functionality • Project manage Customers through 6 project milestones • Be an expert consultant in core functionality and best practices • Listen, ask questions, discover needs, and make recommendations • Have an agenda for weekly calls, send clear post-call recaps and calls to action • Utilize project management tools to keep the project on track and on time • Assist with extension projects for existing Customers to drive adoption • Act as Customer advocate and liaise with Product, Engineering, and leadership

🎯 Anforderungen

• 2+ years of successful implementation and/or project management experience in a SaaS and/or eCommerce organization • Comfortable engaging with end-users, management, and C-Suite personnel in a professional and personable manner • Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines • Proactive self-starter with decision-making ability • Strong questioning and problem-solving skills to understand customer needs.
