Beschreibung

• As a Remote Recruiting Coordinator at ORIONYX ENGINEERING LTD., you will play a crucial role in supporting our recruitment efforts to attract top engineering talent. • Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process. • Track and report on key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, source of hire, and candidate diversity. • Help promote the Orionyx culture and values through various channels, including social media and job postings.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Education : Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred). • Experience : Previous experience in recruitment or HR support (internships included) is a plus. • Skills : Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software. • Familiarity with sourcing techniques and job boards. • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. • Technical Proficiency : Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable using remote communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack).
