Beschreibung

• Own daily accounting operations, managing Accounts Payable and Receivable and executing reconciliations. • Navigate client invoicing through Sage Intacct, Salesforce, and other portals ensuring timely revenue capture. • Prepare working papers, bank reconciliations, and audit support documentation for month-end closes. • Maintain vendor integrity and workflow efficiency while refining accounting SOPs for scalability.

🎯 Anforderungen

• 7 to 10 years of U.S. accounting experience • Deep understanding of GAAP principles • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (reconciliations, data analysis, complex formulas) • Hands-on expertise with platforms like Sage Intacct, Salesforce, and Rippling • Ability to communicate professionally, clearly, and reassuringly in written and verbal formats.
