Beschreibung

• Manage daily activities of the quality control program • Attend project pre-construction meetings to discuss the QMS Program and review Lessons Learned with subcontractors and manufacturers • Train team members on use of the quality control program and support question resolution • Set up projects in the quality program database and support database maintenance • Assist with implementation and audits of the quality program • Monitor the organization’s overall quality program regularly and ensure effective monitoring • Accumulate quality control data for marketing, training, and improvement/best-practice purposes • Conduct jobsite inspections and audits and report findings to the Project Team and Leadership • Inspect installations for compliance and coordination with contract documents • Incorporate warranty callback checklist items into the QMS System with the Service Team Manager • Inspect products, materials, and equipment upon arrival at jobsites for compliance with contract documents and approved submittals • Ensure manufacturer, fabricator, and installer qualifications are current and applicable • Coordinate work sampling, testing, and analysis to avoid project delays • Maintain jobsite test and inspection plans and logs, including changes to work or design criteria • Create and maintain approved Project Specific Quality Control Plans • Indirectly manage subcontractors and hold authority over overall project quality

🎯 Anforderungen

• Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school and a minimum of five years of construction experience, or a minimum of seven years of related construction experience with increasing responsibility in lieu of a degree • Experience within the light/heavy industrial sector highly desired • Excellent leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills • Willingness and ability to travel up to 100% of the time • No visa sponsorship available • Ability to live anywhere in the USA and travel to project sites • Ability to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach with hands or arms, and talk or hear • Ability to occasionally climb, balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch • Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds • Close vision required • Overtime may be required
