Beschreibung

• Oversee and coordinate all activities within the assigned craft according to project blueprints and schedules • Coordinate with subcontractors • Perform quality control and safety checks • Provide on-site direction • Ensure OSHA guidelines are followed • Work with vendors to ensure work meets specifications • Manage a team of workers, including schedules, project progress, and resource allocation • Create cost estimates for labor, supplies, materials, and other project costs • Collaborate with clients, Project Management, and construction management on budgets and timelines • Coordinate materials and equipment delivery with vendors and suppliers • Create schedules for workers and subcontractors • Maintain daily job-site operation logs and report to management • Adjust operations as necessary to meet construction deadlines • Implement cost-effective and efficient management techniques • Supervise team members and oversee field operations

🎯 Anforderungen

• 10–15 years of relevant experience • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree is an added benefit but not required • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to create accurate and punctual reports and deliver presentations • Ability to identify, assimilate, and interpret critical elements and implications of courses of action • Ability to plan and control work, motivate and develop subordinates, improve work methods and results, and support work improvements • Problem-solving ability, including simplifying and processing complex issues • Ability to use resources efficiently and reduce costs • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, quality control, and continuous improvement • Ability to monitor construction schedules and advise on potential setbacks or issues • Ability to communicate safety expectations and ensure timely, accurate safety audits • Knowledge of construction blueprints and schedule plans • Must be able to frequently lift/move up to 25 lbs and occasionally lift/move up to 100 lbs • Overtime and travel required
