Beschreibung

• Set strategy and lead execution and optimization of Meta and TikTok campaigns • Drive efficient, scalable customer acquisition • Use lead quality, pipeline conversion, customer acquisition costs, and revenue outcomes to guide campaign strategy and investment decisions • Build a process for monitoring performance and allocating budget across channels, campaigns, and products • Develop and run structured tests across audiences, creative, bidding strategies, campaign structures, and landing pages • Partner with Creative to develop ad concepts, iterate on winning ads, and share creative insights • Identify growth opportunities through platform trends, emerging ad formats, and targeting capabilities • Collaborate with external agencies and Analytics, Marketing Operations, Creative, Engineering, and Sales teams • Build AI-powered workflows and automation for creative testing, campaign management, and efficiency • Create automated, understandable performance reporting • Build repeatable creative-testing processes and automate paid-social budget allocation • Test landing page designs to improve conversion rates • In the first 30 days, target approximately 10% ROI improvement across Meta and TikTok and develop five or more new concepts

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years of hands-on experience managing $MM budgets and optimizing Meta and TikTok campaigns • Experience with campaign structure, bidding, audience targeting, creative testing, and conversion rate optimization • Track record of maintaining efficiency while scaling paid social spend and acquisition • Comfort working in a fast-moving, high-ownership, and ambiguous environment • Strong creative instincts and ability to turn customer insights and performance data into effective paid social creative • Systems mindset and experience building scalable processes • Excellent communication skills, including turning data into actionable insights and influencing business decisions • Experience using AI to improve marketing workflows, including performance analysis, reporting, and campaign optimization • Candidates must be based in the United States or Canada
