Beschreibung

• Integrate and maintain curriculum consistency across all training lines of effort • Review, update, and validate Programs of Instruction (POI) and training materials • Incorporate operational feedback and lessons learned into curriculum products • Coordinate with instructors, cadre, and the Synchronization Cell to ensure training content remains relevant • Support the development of new training modules and refinement of existing ones • Ensure curriculum products meet applicable standards and contractual requirements • Maintain version control and configuration of all training documentation • Provide subject matter input to leadership on curriculum effectiveness and improvement opportunities

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Training, or related field • Experience with ISD/ADDIE models and military POI development • Minimum of five (5) years of curriculum development experience using the Systems Approach to Training (SAT) / Instructional Systems Design (ISD) methodology • Active Secret clearance required • U.S. Citizen • Experience supporting military or DoD training programs • Strong technical writing and configuration management skills • Ability to synthesize operational feedback into actionable curriculum updates • Familiarity with Mobile Training Team and distributed training environments
