Beschreibung

• Own daily operational monitoring across multiple 3PL partners using KPIs, dashboards, and reports • Monitor 3PL performance against SLAs and hold partners accountable through data-driven communication and consistent follow-up • Investigate operational issues across systems, carriers, and warehouses, documenting root cause and resolution • Analyze large data sets using Excel and other reporting tools to identify trends, anomalies, performance gaps, and opportunities for operational improvement • Build, maintain, and continuously improve recurring reports and dashboards, ensuring data accuracy, timeliness, and actionable insights • Communicate with internal teams, 3PL partners, carriers, and customers • Present operational findings, trends, and recommendations to internal stakeholders and external partners • Independently manage daily priorities and task lists with minimal direction • Identify manual or repetitive tasks, recommend automation opportunities, and help implement scalable operational workflows and SOPs • Support ad hoc operational initiatives and peak-period execution • Help create, maintain, and improve internal and external SOPs and operational documentation

🎯 Anforderungen

• 3+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, operations, or a related field • Full professional proficiency in English, written and verbal • Strong Excel skills, including large datasets, formulas, filters, and pivot tables • Experience with large operational datasets, KPI reporting, and performance analysis is preferred • Comfortable presenting operational updates and performance data to partners or clients • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with ability to manage multiple workstreams • Self-starter able to work independently in a low-supervision environment • Strong problem-solving skills • Process-oriented understanding of systems, data, and workflow connections • Ability to identify automation opportunities and improve operational efficiency • Adaptability to implement process changes quickly • Experience with third-party logistics providers is a plus, but not required • Experience identifying and implementing workflow automations is a plus, but not required • Experience with Zendesk is a plus, but not required • Must be based in the West Coast of the United States • Availability for preferred working hours of 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM PT, Monday through Friday
