Beschreibung

• Lead vendor product changes, including additions, pricing updates, integration changes, platform improvements, and launch-readiness activity from planning through delivery • Serve as the primary contact for operational questions, technical concerns, and escalated issues after onboarding • Translate vendor and stakeholder needs into clear requirements for Product and Engineering teams • Understand the order-to-cash journey from order placement through billing and improve reliability, efficiency, and scalability • Coordinate Product, Engineering, Sales, Finance, Support, Vendor Alliances, and other teams • Facilitate meetings and communicate timelines, decisions, risks, open questions, and launch readiness • Investigate vendor and product issues, coordinate bug resolution, and track issues through completion • Identify repetitive or high-friction processes and implement automation, AI-enabled workflows, or redesigned processes • Partner with the Vendor Launch team to create smooth handoffs and support vendor lifecycle management • Strengthen vendor relationships, launch readiness, issue resolution, and internal decision-making

🎯 Anforderungen

• Substantial experience across project management, operations, business analysis, vendor management, or a related discipline • Proven ability to facilitate productive meetings, guide decisions, and keep varied stakeholder groups aligned • Hands-on exposure to application programming interface integrations • Familiarity with Jira, Wrike, or Asana • Working knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Lean, Kanban, or Design Thinking • Ability to translate between business needs and technical concepts • Excellent critical-thinking, task-management, and organizational skills • Adaptable communication style across individual contributors, senior leaders, vendors, and technical teams • Confidence managing several priorities while maintaining urgency, accuracy, and visibility • Experience using artificial intelligence-enabled tools, automation, or process redesign • Curiosity about emerging technology and practical business application • Ability to ask thoughtful questions, learn quickly, and operate independently • A bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience • Valid right to work in United States • Experience with data analysis, Structured Query Language, coding concepts, product-management practices, Microsoft vendor relationships, or vendor distribution models is a bonus • Project-management or process-improvement certification is welcomed but not essential • Successful candidates must complete pre-employment checks
