• Build and manage relationships within a defined book of business • Align client business goals with Paylocity for Finance platform capabilities • Troubleshoot and resolve client finance and accounting system issues • Manage workloads and maintain availability for client support • Escalate issues when necessary • Champion client interests and deliver clear, effective resolutions • Collaborate with internal product, technical, and implementation partners • Evaluate client health and proactively address risk signals • Lead client check-ins and business reviews • Walk clients through account updates and identify product adoption opportunities • Deliver solutions punctually in line with client requirements and internal service metrics • Meet metrics for availability, outbound adherence, first-call and case resolution, escalations, product adoption, client retention, and satisfaction • Leverage resources to source and validate answers • Document issues in accordance with policies • Complete educational courses and assigned training • Multitask, respond promptly, and ensure timely follow-up • Analyze product usage and client health data and translate insights into actionable next steps • Coordinate feedback and discussions between internal and external teams

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Communications, Organizational Leadership, International Business, Hospitality, or a related field • Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in a client-facing role in SaaS, consulting, or B2B services • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite • Strong written communication skills • Strong communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders • Strong team player with attention to detail • Self-starter with the ability to handle multiple projects at once • Analytical thinking, problem-solving, time management, communication, and decision-making skills • Ability to sit for extended periods, typically 7–8 hours a day • Ability to operate a computer, use phone systems, type, and use multiple software programs simultaneously • Must be available five days per week during designated work hours
