Beschreibung

• Act as a subject-matter and platform expert for clients using Pennylane • Serve as the liaison between business owners, in-house accountants, and accounting firms • Understand the issues encountered by users and investigate their requests • Provide answers or solutions and escalate issues to technical teams when necessary • Help in-house accountants and accounting firms import their data and facilitate their migration • Receive, qualify, and process accounting-related requests • Track tickets through to complete resolution to ensure user satisfaction • Handle increasingly complex customer requests • Create and update help resources to promote customer self-service • Share accounting knowledge and hands-on experience with colleagues • Relay well-founded customer feedback to the Product teams • Identify areas for improvement and contribute to team efficiency • Lead projects that support the growth and improvement of the product or team

🎯 Anforderungen

• Accounting qualification or degree (BTS CGO, DCG, BTS Assistant Manager for SMEs, Master's degree in Accounting, Control and Auditing, or Bachelor's degree in Administrative and Accounting Management) • At least 3 years of experience in an accounting firm, ideally including at least three tax seasons • Direct experience working with a business owner is a plus • Interest in innovative work tools and new technologies • Self-motivated, with the ability to solve problems independently and find solutions • Knowledge of Pennylane is a plus • Professional proficiency in English • Strong written communication skills and the ability to interact with users clearly and professionally • Ability to understand and respond to customer needs, provide excellent service, and maintain strong relationships • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Flexibility in adapting to rapid changes to the platform • Eagerness to learn and stay up to date with product developments • Must have the right to work in France; the employer does not sponsor visas
