Beschreibung

• Act as a subject-matter and platform expert for clients and their accountants • Serve as a liaison between business owners, in-house accountants, and accounting firms • Understand and investigate issues encountered by users • Provide answers or solutions and escalate issues to technical teams when necessary • Help accountants import their data into Pennylane to facilitate migration • Receive, qualify, and handle accounting-related requests • Follow requests through to the complete resolution of tickets • Manage increasingly complex client requests • Create and update customer help resources • Share accounting knowledge and practical experience with colleagues • Relay structured customer feedback to product teams • Identify areas for improvement and lead improvement projects

🎯 Anforderungen

• Accounting qualification (BTS CGO, DCG, BTS Assistant Manager for SMEs, Master’s in Accounting, Control, and Auditing, or Bachelor’s degree in Administrative and Accounting Management) • At least 3 years of experience in an accounting firm, ideally including at least three tax seasons • Direct experience working with business owners is a plus • Interest in innovative work tools and new technologies • Self-motivated, with the ability to solve problems independently and find solutions • Knowledge of Pennylane is a plus • Professional proficiency in English • Strong written communication skills and the ability to explain concepts clearly • Ability to understand and respond to customer needs, provide excellent service, and maintain strong relationships • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Flexibility in adapting to rapid changes to the platform • Willingness to learn and stay up to date with product developments • Right to work in France required; visa sponsorship is not currently available
