Beschreibung

• Act as a product and accounting subject-matter expert for customers and their accountants • Serve as the liaison between business leaders, in-house accountants, and accounting firms • Understand the issues users encounter on a daily basis • Investigate requests and provide an answer or solution • Escalate issues to technical teams when necessary • Help in-house accountants and accounting firms import their data into Pennylane • Complete Pennylane Academy training and continuously develop product knowledge • Receive, qualify, and resolve accounting-related requests • Track tickets through to full resolution • Handle increasingly complex customer requests • Create and update customer-facing help resources • Share accounting knowledge and hands-on experience with colleagues • Relay customer feedback and observed usage patterns to the Product teams • Identify areas for improvement and lead projects that enhance team efficiency

🎯 Anforderungen

• Accounting qualification (BTS CGO, DCG, BTS Assistant Manager for SMEs, Master’s degree in Accounting, Control and Audit, or Bachelor’s degree in Administrative and Accounting Management) • At least 3 years’ experience in an accounting firm, ideally including at least three tax seasons • Direct experience working with business leaders is a plus • Interest in innovative work tools and new technologies • Self-motivated, with the ability to solve problems independently and find solutions • Knowledge of Pennylane is a plus • Professional proficiency in English • Strong written communication skills and the ability to explain concepts clearly • Ability to understand and respond to customer needs while providing excellent service • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Flexibility to adapt to rapid changes in the product • Willingness to learn and stay up to date with product developments • Right to work in France required; the company does not sponsor visas
