Beschreibung

• Promote Pfizer’s Vaccines Portfolio across customers and channels • Drive sales in the assigned territory to maximize approved business objectives • Engage customers face to face and virtually • Develop and implement business and territory call plans • Identify and implement live and virtual customer engagement strategies • Build rapport and relationships with customers in live and virtual environments • Use digital tools and multi-platforms for customer engagement • Leverage internal reports and analytics to identify and implement strategic business opportunities • Use approved clinically oriented disease state information and patient resources compliantly • Demonstrate market knowledge and uncover barriers and drivers across Public Health, Private Market, Retail and other relevant channels • Collaborate with Field Medical, Account Management and other cross-functional colleagues • Complete administrative expectations, including customer call entry, expense submission and responses to sales leadership and internal partners

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s Degree • Minimum 2 years of experience in professional sales or promotional activity; small business owner or other entrepreneurial experience; marketing, customer service and/or account management; relevant healthcare/scientific roles; educator roles; or full-time military experience • Alternative: associate’s degree with 6+ years of relevant experience • Alternative: high school diploma (or equivalent) with 8+ years of relevant experience • Must live within 25 miles of the border of the territory • Valid US driver’s license and driving record in compliance with company standards • Any DUI/DWI or other impaired driving citation within the past 7 years will disqualify you from being hired • Candidates must be authorized to be employed in the U.S. by any employer • Permanent work authorization in the United States required • U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future • At least 1 year of pharmaceutical, biotech, medical sales and/or medical-related marketing preferred • Prior vaccines experience strongly preferred • Strong track record of sales or marketing success, territory management skills, communications skills, teamwork, leadership ability and accountability preferred • Experience with Vaccines therapeutic area and products preferred • Knowledge of posted territory customers and markets preferred • Reside within the territory boundaries preferred
