Beschreibung

• Promote the Vaccines Portfolio across customers and channels • Conduct regular live, in-field customer engagement and virtual engagements • Launch new products and develop strategies to manage business relationships • Understand and secure formulary access • Engage in product promotion within the assigned geography • Drive sales in the assigned territory to maximize approved business objectives • Develop and implement business and territory call plans and live/virtual engagement strategies • Build customer rapport and relationships in live and virtual environments • Use digital tools and internal reports and analytics to identify and implement strategic business opportunities • Leverage approved disease-state information and patient resources compliantly • Demonstrate market knowledge and uncover barriers and drivers across relevant business channels • Collaborate with Field Medical, Account Management and other cross-functional colleagues • Complete administrative expectations, including customer call entries, expense submissions and responses to internal requests

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s Degree; or associate’s degree with 6+ years of experience; or high school diploma (or equivalent) with 8+ years of relevant experience • Minimum 2 years of experience in professional sales or promotional activity, small business ownership or entrepreneurial experience, marketing, customer service and/or account management, relevant healthcare/scientific roles, educator roles, or full-time military experience • Must live within 25 miles of the border of the territory • Valid US driver’s license and driving record in compliance with company standards • Any DUI/DWI or other impaired driving citation within the past 7 years will disqualify you from being hired • At least 1 year of pharmaceutical, biotech, medical sales and/or medical related marketing experience preferred • Strong track record of sales or marketing success, territory management skills, communications skills, teamwork, leadership ability and accountability preferred • Experience with Vaccines therapeutic area and products preferred • Knowledge of posted territory customers and markets preferred • Reside within the territory boundaries preferred • Candidates must be authorized to be employed in the U.S. by any employer • Permanent work authorization in the United States required • U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available for this role now or in the future
