Beschreibung

• Participate in the Software Engineering Leadership Program • Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain software applications, features, and services using C#, .NET, .NET Framework, and modern programming languages and frameworks • Collaborate with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and translate them into technical solutions • Implement features and resolve issues • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines for automated builds and deployments • Work on integrations with third-party APIs and internal services • Write clean, maintainable, and testable code • Define test cases and automate tests • Debug and troubleshoot application issues, escalating when necessary • Monitor application health and performance using logs, metrics, alerts, dashboards, and observability tools • Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and continuous learning initiatives • Document technical solutions and contribute to team knowledge sharing • Collaborate with distributed engineering, product, and cross-functional teams to build healthcare software

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline • Strong understanding of at least one modern programming language, such as C#, Java, Python, or JavaScript • Familiarity with C#, .NET, and object-oriented programming principles • Understanding of software development fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, and design patterns • Familiarity with web services, REST APIs, and cloud technologies; AWS preferred • Exposure to relational databases, with SQL Server preferred • Experience or exposure to RESTful APIs, SQL Server, Mongo, Redis, RabbitMQ, MSMQ, SQS, AWS, GCP, Azure, and healthcare IT standards such as HL7, FHIR, or SMART on FHIR • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn • Ability to work within a highly distributed team • Strong technical and non-technical communication skills • Highly collaborative team player • Curiosity, humility, and desire to learn continuously
