Beschreibung

• Profitably grow PITT OHIO’s business from existing National Accounts • Leverage PITT OHIO Enterprise supply-chain service offerings to deepen relationships with existing and potential customers • Prospect and acquire new PITT OHIO National Account customers with Market Development • Use marketing research analysis to develop tactical plans for targeted accounts in the sales territory • Communicate the value of logistic solutions to the account base • Work with Customer Solutions to implement value-added customer solutions • Support Operations and Administration in reducing costs for the customer base • Collaborate with Operations, Pricing, Safety, Claims, Collections, local Outside Sales, and Inside Sales • Support company goals and policies • Use sales reporting tools to leverage information and communicate within the organization • Adapt to change and handle administrative, research, sales, and marketing tasks • Travel overnight and occasionally work or travel on weekends to meet customer demands • Handle other essential tasks as assigned

🎯 Anforderungen

• More than 3 years of experience in LTL transportation sales • Proven success and an excellent track record in the LTL industry or within PITT OHIO ENTERPRISE • Fluent English language skills required • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Internet research capabilities • Proficiency in Excel and data analytics • Driver's License and a clean driving record required • Problem-solving, negotiation, and time-management skills • Strong negotiating skills and ability to close opportunities • Must be domiciled within one of the covered terminal areas: Eastern PA, Eastern NY, NYC, NJ, DE, MD, or VA • Ability to travel energetically by plane, car, or public transportation • Willingness to attend evening or weekend classes as needed
