Beschreibung

• Partner with Sales to support qualified opportunities from discovery through close. • Lead technical conversations and deliver workflow-driven product demos. • Help prospects connect their existing scheduling practices to Planera. • Run discovery to understand how customers build and manage schedules today. • Deliver tailored demos to project managers, superintendents, schedulers, and operations leaders. • Speak confidently to CPM concepts: logic, sequencing, constraints, calendars, lookaheads. • Lead follow-up technical conversations and deeper dives as needed throughout the sales cycle. • Communicate clearly across all levels of a construction organization.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial or heavy civil construction • Hands-on experience building and managing project schedules • Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager • Superintendent with strong scheduling involvement • Construction operations roles with direct schedule ownership • Strong working knowledge of Primavera P6 (preferred) • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project • Solid understanding of CPM scheduling principles • Strong technical aptitude and comfort learning new software • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to engage effectively with construction professionals at all levels.
