Beschreibung

• Responsible for developing and maintaining assigned long-term client relationships • Provides sales or consultative support to clients and serves as the liaison between clients and operational servicing units • Serves as point of contact for client matters • Help identify and develop new servicing opportunities with existing clients • Involved in negotiating servicing agreements and servicing fees for existing clients • Participates in the analysis, assessment and documentation of client requirements • Manages processes outlined in the contract and partners to resolve challenges

🎯 Anforderungen

• 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience • Bachelors degree • Certifications are often desired • Proven success managing complex clients independently • Treasury Management experience strongly preferred • Strong problem-solving & critical thinking • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
