Beschreibung

• Build, QA, schedule, and deploy email and SMS campaigns in Klaviyo across promotional, transactional, and lifecycle sends. • Own and maintain the master email/SMS calendar, ensuring all campaigns are briefed, built, and scheduled on time. • Manage the team's Notion board for email campaigns — create briefs, track status, and keep all assets organized. • Serve as the eCommerce escalation point for complex customer issues raised by the support team. • Execute day-to-day Shopify tasks: create and manage discount codes, update product listings, and configure collections. • Coordinate cross-functional eCommerce campaigns end-to-end — aligning copy, design, dev, and marketing stakeholders.

🎯 Anforderungen

• 3+ years of experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, and Notion • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field • Professional fluency in English with top-tier written, reading, and speaking skills • Outstanding project management, organizational and problem-solving skills, and attention to detail • Permanent access to a computer with reliable and high-speed Internet connection • Ability to work in US Pacific Time, Monday to Friday (40 hours per week) • Previous experience working the overnight/graveyard shift
