Beschreibung

• Own profitable growth across assigned markets • Steer new product and pricing initiatives from concept through state and national implementation • Ensure successful implementation of new product, pricing, and underwriting actions at state and national level • Maintain loss ratio discipline and risk tolerance while achieving profitable growth • Ensure forecasts and business objectives account for current and likely market conditions • Manage catastrophe risk and concentration risk as the business pursues growth objectives • Analyze competitors and their strategies • Share competitive insights across the organization • Develop effective market initiatives and competitive intelligence tools • Report regularly on product performance • Make data-driven decisions to optimize results • Recommend KPIs and metrics to improve performance tracking • Ensure products meet customer needs and expectations • Incorporate customer feedback into product development and improvement • Partner with underwriting, marketing, sales, IT, and operations teams • Ensure products comply with relevant regulatory requirements and standards • Identify and develop cross-functional process improvements that enhance efficiency and effectiveness

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Actuarial Science, or a related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred • Minimum 10+ years of experience in product management, actuarial, finance, or related roles within the insurance industry • Minimum 5+ years in homeowners insurance required • Proven track record of successful product launches and strategic initiatives • Deep understanding of personal lines insurance and reinsurance, including trends, regulations, and the competitive landscape • Strong leadership and team management skills • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities • Proficiency using data to drive strategic decisions • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills • Ability to translate complex issues clearly for partners and stakeholders • Creative thinking, innovation, and continuous improvement mindset • Financial acumen and regulatory knowledge • Demonstrated customer focus and ability to incorporate feedback into product strategy
