Beschreibung

• Partner with business and functional leaders across Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, Product, Operations, Customer Success, and Technology to identify, evaluate, and prioritize AI opportunities • Build and maintain an enterprise portfolio of AI use cases • Support prioritization, sequencing, and execution of initiatives within the enterprise AI transformation roadmap • Help move AI initiatives from ideas and experimentation toward adoption, scale, and measurable business outcomes • Partner with AI Transformation leadership to establish and evolve the AI Center of Excellence • Develop practical frameworks, playbooks, best practices, and knowledge-sharing mechanisms for responsible AI adoption • Help develop and operationalize AI governance frameworks, standards, and processes • Coordinate major cross-functional AI transformation initiatives with objectives, milestones, owners, dependencies, and outcomes • Establish metrics tracking AI adoption, productivity, business impact, and value realization • Support executive reviews of AI initiatives, progress, risks, opportunities, and outcomes • Evaluate build-versus-buy opportunities and identify technologies, platforms, and strategic partners • Prepare and present AI transformation strategies, roadmaps, use cases, recommendations, progress, and business outcomes to executive leadership • Translate complex AI concepts and emerging technologies into practical business opportunities • Facilitate decision-making across business, product, technology, and executive stakeholders • Advise organizational leaders on AI opportunities, adoption, transformation, and value realization • Help establish an enterprise culture of responsible AI adoption and experimentation • Identify and scale successful AI use cases, patterns, and best practices across functions and geographies

🎯 Anforderungen

• 10+ years of experience in technology, digital transformation, strategy, consulting, product, operations, or related disciplines • Meaningful experience working with AI or emerging technologies • Strong understanding of AI, GenAI, automation, and emerging AI capabilities and their practical business applications • Experience identifying, evaluating, prioritizing, and executing technology or AI use cases based on business value and feasibility • Experience developing executive-level presentations, recommendations, roadmaps, and business cases • Familiarity with AI governance, responsible AI, data privacy, security, and enterprise technology considerations • Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field • Advanced degree preferred
