Beschreibung

• Write production-quality Go and Python backend services, including APIs, data pipelines, business logic, and integrations • Build and maintain TypeScript/React frontend features with attention to UI quality and client-side performance • Conduct substantive code reviews • Drive architectural decision records and hands-on prototypes • Champion HIPAA compliance and security best practices in data handling, authentication, encryption, and audit logging • Ensure application and system availability and reliability • Implement and manage monitoring, logging, and alerting • Partner with developers to design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines • Drive SDLC improvements, including branch strategies, automated testing gates, progressive delivery, and rollback procedures • Embed security and compliance checks into pipelines • Maintain AWS and GCP cloud infrastructure for scalability, availability, and cost efficiency • Manage infrastructure as code using Terraform/Terragrunt • Manage Kubernetes clusters across AWS EKS and GCP GKE • Implement and maintain deployment tooling such as Helm, Kustomize, ArgoCD, and Flux • Debug workloads, manage cluster upgrades, and drive operational maturity • Travel 2–3 times a year

🎯 Anforderungen

• 7+ years of software engineering experience with a consistent record of hands-on technical contribution • Expert-level Go and/or Python backend development; idiomatic, production-grade code • Strong coding skills in Python and similar languages for automation, tooling, and operational scripting • Working knowledge of Kubernetes (EKS, GKE), including debugging workloads, tuning resource limits, and managing rollouts • Production TypeScript/React frontend experience • Hands-on AWS and GCP experience, including managed services, networking, IAM, and containerized workloads • Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus and Elastic Cloud or equivalent • Hands-on CI/CD experience with GitHub Actions and GitLab • Hands-on Terraform/Terragrunt experience • Strong PostgreSQL skills, including schema design, complex query optimization, indexing, partitioning, and migration management • Experience building in a regulated or high-stakes environment where data privacy and auditability matter • Analytical problem-solving ability for complex, cross-system issues • Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
